Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about exhibiting? Find answers to the most common questions about booth space, event logistics, attendee demographics, and what to expect before, during, and after the EXPO.
How many attendees can I expect?
Attendance varies by market, but our focus is on attracting serious buyers actively planning a log or timber frame home. Quality conversations consistently outweigh high-volume, general consumer traffic.
Who attends the EXPO?
Our audience includes landowners, future land buyers, second-home buyers, retirees, architects, builders, and homeowners planning a custom log or timber frame home build or renovation.
What is included with my booth?
Each booth includes pipe and drape, identification signage, exhibitor listing on our website, and access to qualified attendees throughout the event. Additional sponsorship and advertising opportunities are also available. Details in the Exhibitor Kit.
Can I sell products at the event?
- Yes. Exhibitors may display and sell products that complement the log and timber home industry, subject to approval.
Do you provide electricity or internet?
Utilities are available for each venue. Often times internet access is included. Electrical varies by location-sometimes directly through the venue or through show management. Information and ordering instructions are included in the Exhibitor Information Kit for each event.
When can exhibitors move in?
Move-in is typically Thursday and Friday morning prior to show opening. Exact schedules are provided several weeks before each event.
How do I reserve a booth?
Complete the online Exhibitor Registration form or contact us directly to discuss available booth locations and sponsorship opportunities.
Can I exhibit at multiple shows?
Absolutely. Many exhibitors participate in multiple markets throughout the year to reach buyers across different regions.

Why Exhibitors Continue to Return
Our EXPOs bring together motivated buyers and trusted industry professionals. The conversations that begin here often lead to homesite visits, design deposits, and custom homes built months—or even years—later.
Quality Over Quantity
Exhibitors consistently tell us the real value isn’t the number of leads—it’s the quality of the conversations. They meet buyers who have done their research and are ready to take the next step toward building their home.
Consistently shared by returning exhibitors
Relationships Start Here
Many attendees arrive at the EXPO after researching builders online—or even speaking with them by phone. Meeting face-to-face builds trust, answers important questions, and often becomes the moment buyers feel confident moving forward.
Building trust through personal connections.
The Work Begins After the EXPO
The most successful exhibitors know that the real value begins after the event. Follow-up calls, homesite visits, estimates, design consultations, and design deposits are where meaningful conversations become custom home projects.
Success comes through consistent follow-up.
Projects Begin Here
It’s not uncommon to hear from exhibitors months—or even years—later that a custom home started with a conversation at one of our EXPOs. Every project begins somewhere, and for many homeowners, it begins here.
Long-term relationships create lasting results.
FROM OUR EXHIBITORS
"It was exactly what you said it would be—quality, not quantity."
